Healthy Mini Base Recipe
Makes: 2–3 mini portions
Ingredients
1/2 cup oat flour
1 egg (or 2 tbsp yogurt for eggless)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup or monk fruit
2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
1/4 cup milk (any type)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Method
Whisk wet & dry ingredients separately, then combine.
Pour into mini silicone moulds or ramekins.
Bake 12–15 minutes at 170°C or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Air Fryer Method
Preheat air fryer to 160°C for 3 minutes.
Place batter-filled moulds inside.
Air fry 10–12 minutes.
If tops brown too fast, cover loosely with foil.
Tip: Avoid touching the sides of the basket to prevent uneven baking.
Using Monk Fruit Sweetener
You can replace honey or maple syrup with monk fruit:
Use 2–3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener instead.
Add 1–2 tsp extra milk if the batter thickens.
For best texture: use half honey + half monk fruit the first time.
