Well, honey does come from bees, right, but bees get their nectar from different sources and that’s what makes all the difference! The source of their nectar, gives the differences in their taste, color, level of sweetness and more.
Nevertheless, honey a versatile ingredient. It can just not be used as a sweetener or added into sauces, dishes and more, but it also has medicinal uses because of its herbal properties.

Sage honey comes from California but it is widely available everywhere. It is a light-to-moderate colored, mild honey that crystallizes very slowly.
