6 Seasoning Blends to have in your pantry:
1. Poultry Seasoning
Ingredients:
Dried and ground spices
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp ground marjoram
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp black pepper
To make the seasoning mix:
Into a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and give it a mix. Then, is ready to use. Store in a cool dry place, in an airtight container.
2. Everything Bagel Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- ½ tsp flaky salt
- 1 tsp dried onion (coarsely ground)
- 1 tsp dried garlic (coarsely ground)
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
To make the seasoning mix:
Into a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and give it a mix. Then, is ready to use. Store in a cool dry place, in an airtight container.
3. Shawarma Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Cumin powder
- 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom or clove
- 1 tsp cayenne or black Pepper

4. Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Ingredients:
- ½ tbsp onion powder

- 1 tsp cayenne pepper powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp clove powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp all-spice powder
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 1/8 tsp cumin powder
To make the seasoning mix:

5. French Fries Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne powder, optional

6. Chili Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp paprika powder

- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper powder
- ½ tsp oregano
