Keep it simple and make delicious desserts with only two ingredients.  There easy to make and require ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry.

PART 2: 20 - Two ingredients desserts

2-Ingredient Chocolate Macaroons – these no bake coconut macaroons are yummy and easy to make.

You will need –

  • 100g desiccated coconut
  • 100g dark chocolate 70% or above

Recipe – Melt the dark chocolates over hot water or in a microwave. Fold in the desiccated coconut and mix it well. Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop out even sized macaroons and place them a sheet lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for few hours to set set.

Caramel Mousse – Make the most delicious mousse with only 2 ingredients

Ingredients –

Recipe – Whip heavy cream until you get stiff peaks, very gently fold in the homemade dulce de leche or caramel sauce. Pour into your dessert cups and refrigerate to set for 2-4 hours before you serve.

Affogato – is an Italian coffee-based dessert that is served with ice-cream and coffee.

You will need –

  • 2 scoops vanilla icecream
  • 1/4 cup espresso or brewed coffee

Recipe – Add ice-cream to a bowl or a cup and pour in the coffee on top of it. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a pinch of sea salt.  The best way to enjoy an affogato is with a spoon, eat the ice cream first and then drink the coffee along with any melted ice cream.

Ice-cream bread – Make this deliciously creamy tender bread.

You will need –

  • 2 cups Ice cream
  • 1 ¼ cups self-rising flour

Recipe – Microwave the ice-cream for 10 secs to soften but be careful not to melt it. Combine the ice cream with self-rising flour and fold together gently using a spatula. Pour everything in a well greased loaf pan. Then place it in the preheated oven, at 350 degrees, for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. ( check after 30 mins so that you do not overbake the bread). Once baked, let it cool and then slice.

Peanut butter cookies – The easiest cookie recipe you can make.

You will need –

Recipe – Preheat oven to 350°F.  In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter and maple syrup. The batter should be thick and resemble cookie dough. Using a cookie scooper, scoop the dough and place them on the baking sheet. Make criss-cross pattern on each cookie using a fork. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until surface of cookies look dry and cooked. Let the cookies cool completely before you store them in an airtight container 

PART 2: 20 - Two ingredients desserts

Chocolate Truffles

You will need –

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk or coconut condensed milk

Recipe – Microwave the condensed milk to gently warm it up. sift the cacao powder to the warm condensed milk. apply oil to your hands and start  kneading the dough until it’s smooth. Transfer the dough to the prepared mold and spread it evenly with your fingers. Chill it for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Peanut butter fudge – this melt in your mouth fudge bar is made up of only 2 ingredients.

You will need –

  • 1 jar peanut butter 
  • 1 can vanilla frosting

Recipe – Add peanut butter and frosting into a bowl and warm it up in the microwave for a minute. If it is not melted completely then microwave for another minute. Mix both the ingredients really well and pour it into a mold. Keep it in the refrigerator to set for 3 hours. Once the fudge is set cut it into 1 or 2-inch cubes.

Mug cake – TikTok viral cake that is super delicious and also a new way to enjoy your oreos and milk.

You will need –

  • 4 Oreo Cookies
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Recipe – Add oreo cookies to a mug and crush them using a fork. Add milk and stir well. Crush the cookies to melt them into milk. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high power for 1 minute. Cool at least 5 minutes before eating.

Chocolate mousse –

  • 8oz (225g) Dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) Water, hot

Recipe – Chop the chocolate and add them to a bowl. Pour in hot water over it  and mix until completely melted. Place the bowl over a bowl filled with ice cubes and whisk really well until the chocolate thickens and you get a mousse texture. ( Be careful not to overmix the mousse). Gently scoop out the mousse and place them into your serving glass.
