Two Ingredient Hair Cleanser

Here are their benefits:

Chickpea flour:

Using chickpea flour for the hair can help nourish brittle hair and fight dandruff. It can help strengthen the hair follicles and in turn improve hair growth. It has exfoliating properties that can help cleanse the hair and scalp and make the hair look healthier, as it is a natural cleansing agent.

It can also help reduce hair thinning and increase hair thickness. This can help give the hair a boost and look more voluminous. For those with sensitive scalps, it can help reduce dryness and itching. It is rich in nutrients and can support hair health and hair growth.

Shikakai powder:

Shikakai helps treat hair fall and also increases hair thickness. Shikakai is helpful in treating scalp infections (including lice infestation) while also soothing the scalp, with its powerful antifungal properties.  It helps nourish the hair follicles and slows down the greying process of hair.

It is a natural hair cleanser and can help get rid of grease, dirt and buildup to a large extent.   Its rich nutrient content can help promote successful hair growth and provide the hair with strength to avoid it from breaking and causing hair loss.

Why should you add black seed oil?

Adding black seed oil in this recipe is definitely recommended even though it is optional. This is because black seed oil is a super amazing ingredient when it comes to hair care and boosting overall hair health.

Black seed oil helps to nourish the hair and can promote hair shine. It can help regulate any imbalances in the hair growth cycle and activate the hair follicles to promote proper hair growth. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and antibacterial properties which can keep bacteria away and can also help reduce and treat scalp issues like dandruff etc.

It can also help treat hair and scalp dryness, prevent the hair from premature greying, while also acting like a natural hair conditioner.
