How to make this healthy skin juice at home?
Pomegranate – 1
Beetroot – 1/4
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Water – 1 cup
Step 1: Wash the pomegranate, beetroot and ginger under running water to get rid of dirt and other impurities. You can also soak them in water for around half an hour before using them for the juice.
Step 2: Then, peel the pomegranate and remove the seeds (or arils) and set this aside in a bowl.
Step 3: Scrape off the skin of the beetroot and then, cut the beetroot into cubes and set aside.
Step 4: Scrape off the skin of the ginger root and cut into slices and set aside.
To make the juice: Into a blender, add in the pomegranate seeds, beetroot and ginger, along with the water and blend into a fine and smooth liquid without any lumps.
Pour it into a glass and it is ready to serve. You can also refrigerate this drink for a while and consume it cold if you wish to.
