ROSEWATER FOR DARK CIRCLES
Rose has great anti-pigmentation and brightening properties. It helps lighten mild dark circles gradually and also keeps the eye area looking fresh. For best results, use chilled rose pads. To make rose pads, simply soak cotton pad in rose water and place it under the eyes for 20 minutes.
MINT FOR DARK CIRCLES
Mint has cooling and soothing properties to revitalize your skin. Crush about 5 or 6 mint leaves and apply the paste under the eyes.
