Especially if it’s a warm summer’s day, then a popsicle is always so refreshing or maybe when you finish a workout and want something cold or your kids want a treat after school! Well, what happens when you run out of store-bought popsicles at home then? Simple, make some at home then!

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup coconut cream or yogurt
- 2 ½ cups fruit of choice
- 4-6 TBS honey
