You will need –
- Flaxseed – 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds – 1 tbsp
- Chia seeds – 1 Tbsp
- Black seeds – 1 Tbsp
Method 1 – To make – Mix all the seeds in a jar and store it in an airtight container. To make a hair spray, Take 1-2 tsp of the seeds and simmer them in a saucepan with 1 cup of water for 5 mins. Strain the seeds and let the water cool. Pour this water in a spray bottle and spray this water before going to bed. In the morning, simply rinse it off with water.
Method 2 – Mix all the seeds and blend them into a fine powder. Take 1-2 tsp of the powder in a glass jar and add 1 cup of hot water to it. Close the lid of the jar and let the powder steep for 5 mins. Strain the powder and pour the water into a spray bottle.
