- Pumpkin seeds – 1/2 cup
- Chia seeds – 1/4 cup
- Flax seeds – 1/4 cup
- Sesame seeds ( black or white) – 1/4 cup
To make – Lightly dry roast the seeds on a pan for few mins, snack a tbsp. of the roasted seeds everyday. You can also transfer all the seeds to a blender jar. Blend until you get a fine powder. Add 1 tbsp. of this powder everyday to your morning smoothie or sprinkle it on your yogurt, cereal. Take this powder everyday for 2-3 month for healthy hair growth.
You can also make a yummy hair growth bars, simple add 1/2 cup of seed powder with 1/4 cup of peanut nut or any other nut butter ( use an organic unsweetened nut butter ) and 1/4 cup of honey, dates syrup or maple syrup.
