Chia Water Recipe:


  • Lime
  • Mint leaves
  • Chia seeds
  • Honey
  • Water


Into a glass, add in the lime and mint leaves and gentle crush it using a pestle. Then add in the chia seeds and honey before topping up the glass with water.

Let this sit for 10 to 15 minutes, so that the chia seeds can bloat completely before consuming.
