You will need –
- Organic Rice – 2 tbsp
- Organic Fenugreek seeds – 1 tbsp
- Water – 2 cups
To make – Take organic rice and fenugreek seeds and wash it to clean the dirt and impurities. Next add the washed rice and fenugreek seeds into a bowl and add 2 cups of water. Let it sit overnight, in the morning strain the seeds, and store the water in the refrigerator to stop the fermentation process.
Pour the water in a spray bottle and spray it on your hair before hair wash. Simply spray the scalp and hair with the water and let it sit for 15-30 mins.
