- 1 tsp flaxseeds

- 2 Brazil nuts
- 2 dates
- 1 cup water
Step 1: Soaking some of the ingredients
Into a bowl, add in the oats, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds and Brazil nuts. Top up the bowl with water, until all the ingredients are well submerged. Then, cover this bowl and let it soak overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Step 2: Making the smoothie
Once the soaking period is completed, you can make the smoothie. All you need to do is, strain the ingredients from the soaked water and transfer them into a mixer blender. Then, deseed the dates and add them into the mixer blender. Lastly, pour in the water and blend very well until it becomes a smooth and fine liquid mixture (without lumps).
