FENUGREEK SEEDS HAIR WATER
Fenugreek water can be consumed on empty stomach for healthy hair growth. Soak 1 tbsp. of fenugreek seeds with 1 cup of water and leave it on overnight. In the morning, simmer the water with the seeds in it for 5 mins. Strain the seeds and use this water on your hair to regrow thinning hair. U can use the water before hair wash leave it on for 30 mins and simply rinse off your hair or spray the water on your hair and leave it on overnight. Rinse it off in the morning.
FENUGREEK SEEDS HAIR MASK
After you strain the seeds, blend the seeds with yogurt or coconut milk. Blend really well until you have a smooth paste and use it on your hair as a hair mask. The mask will deeply condition your hair to add shine and repair damaged hair.
Caution – the fenugreek mask can stick to your hair if it is not smooth so if you have trouble removing the fenugreek mask then simply apply a hair conditioner on your hair to get rid of the mask and then rinse off with water.
