To make: Add 5 to 6 slices of cucumber along with 2 slices of lemon in a glass of water and keep it covered for four hours or overnight. Strain it before consuming in the morning.
- Ginger Water
Ginger is one of the most beneficial ingredients when it comes to skin health because it can help flush out the harmful toxins from the body when consumed.
It has high antioxidant properties that can promote better skin health and even out skin tone. The consumption of ginger helps promote blood circulation in the body, which in turn helps the skin cells to get nourished and rejuvenated.
It can help even out the skin tone naturally and promote a healthy skin glow as ginger contains antioxidants like gingerols that can help fight free radical damage on the skin.
To make: Heat 2 cups of water on the stove and add ¼ tsp of grated ginger into it when the water comes to a boil. Turn off the stove, strain, and consume when cooled.

To make: Heat 2 cups of water on the stove and add in 10 to 15 mint leaves along with 1/2 tsp of fennel seeds. Let the water boil for 10 minutes. Turn off the stove, strain, and consume when cooled.
- Chia Water
Drinking chia water can help boost skin health, as it has anti-inflammatory properties. It can also help prevent aging with its anti-aging formula, of tightening the skin and promoting proper blood circulation.
It also has hydrating properties that can help not just prevent, but can also help calm and soothe skin infections and relieve the skin from irritation. It helps restore the skin’s natural pH levels.

To make – squeeze half a lemon juice with 1/2 cup of orange juice in a glass of water and have it in the morning.

To make: Heat 1 cup of water on the stove and add in 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves (or use 1 green tea bag). Let the water boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the stove, strain, and consume when cooled.

The best time to consume these detox water drinks are on an empty stomach in the morning and then wait for around half an hour before consuming any other food or beverage.
