So, here’s how you can make it.
Chop up two bananas into 3 to 4 pieces and place into a container. Place it in the freezer and use only once frozen.
To make the ice-cream:
Into a mixer blender, add in the chopped and frozen bananas, cocoa powder and coconut butter. Blend until it becomes a nice and creamy semi-hardened mixture.
Then, pour into a container and freeze it for two to three hours, until it hardens and is then ready to be eaten.

2 dry coconuts
1 – 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
(Tip: Incase you do not have dried coconut; you can also use desiccated coconut for this recipe)
Take the dried coconuts and scrape out the hard brown peel using a knife or peeler. Then, cut the dried coconut into pieces and using a high-speed blender, blend it into a smooth paste. Make sure the paste is free from lumps. You can also add 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to make the paste smooth. Store in a container for up to one month at room temperature.
Apart from adding it to your banana ice cream, you can also spread a layer of coconut butter on your pancakes or on toasted bread to eat.
