Apple cider vinegar has great weight loss properties thanks to its fat burning and detoxing effects. Add 1 tablespoon organic unrefined apple cider vinegar to 1 cup warm water along with 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger juice. Stir and consume in the morning.
ALL-PURPOSE SURFACE CLEANSER
Apple cider vinegar has great cleansing properties and can be used to clean furniture, glass windows, shelves, floor, etc. To make an all-purpose surface cleanser, you need to combine 1/2 cup witch hazel, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon baking soda. After the effervescence stops, stir and transfer to spray bottle. Spray on surfaces and wipe with damp cloth followed by a dry paper towel.
