You will need –
Dried Peppermint leaves
Optional add-ins –
- Dried rosemary leaves – 1 tbsp
- Green tea leaves – 1 tbsp
To make – Soak 1 tbsp of dried peppermint leaves ( along with rosemary leaves or green tea leaves) in one cup of water for 2-3 hours. Add the leaves along with the water into a saucepan, close the lid and simmer on low for 2-3 mins. Strain the leaves and pour the water into a jar.
To use – You can use this peppermint water in many different ways –
HAIR RINSE – After you wash and condition your hair, squeeze out the excess water from your hair. Pour the peppermint water on your hair and scalp. Massage it in and do not rinse off. Dry and style your hair as usual.
