  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce ( low sodium)

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tbsp finely minced ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Into a bowl, add in all the ingredients and give it a good mix. If the dressing is too thick, add in the water little by little, depending on how you like your dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado (pureed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (finely minced)

Into a bowl, add in the avocado puree and water little by little (depending on how runny you like your dressing). If the dressing is too thick, add more water.

  • 3 tbsp water (if required)

Method:

Into a mixing bowl, add in the tahini along with the olive oil, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup and sesame oil and give it a good mix. Add in some water (little by little, if required only) to make the mixture smooth and creamy.

  • ¼ up chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard

Method:

Add in all the ingredients into a bowl and give it a good whisk. Pour it over your salad and toss to coat. It is ready to eat.

  • 1/4 cup cold buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder, or 1 Tbsp finely chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp dried or 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill, or 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder, or 1 garlic cloves ( finely grated)
  • 1/8 tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

In a bowl, combine all of your ranch ingredients and whisk together to combine.
