  • 1/4 cup Carrots
  • 1/2 inch Turmeric root
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Pepper to taste (optional)
  1. Firstly, make sure to rinse the carrotsand turmeric root thoroughly under running water to get rid of dirt andimpurities.

  2. Then, you can shop the carrot into piecesor you could also scrape the carrot before cutting it. Set it aside and then,chop scrape the skin off the turmeric root using a spoon or knife and then chopit into pieces.

  3. Next, rinse the orange under running waterand peel off the skin and set it aside.

  4. Lastly, into a blender, add in the carrotpieces, turmeric root pieces and orange, along with a little water to blend.Give it a good blend and add in some more water until it becomes liquidy intexture.

  5. Strain and it is ready to consume. You can sprinkle a dash of pepper powder (optional), give it a stir and then consume.It will enhance the flavor of the juice.
