Things you need-

  • Black seeds – 4-8 seeds
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Warm water – 1 cup

Directions- Take a pinch of kalonji seeds (5-10) and crush them lightly to make a powder. Add the crushed kalonji seeds to a glass of warm water and mix well. Add in a teaspoon of raw honey Mix everything nicely and have it in the morning to stop hair fall. ** Do not exceed the quantity, excess consumption of kalonji seeds can cause side effects.
