RECIPE FOR CINNAMON MILK
You will need –
- Almond milk ( or any other milk of your choice ) – 1 cup
- Cinnamon powder – 1/4 tsp
- Honey – 1 Tbsp
- Nutmeg – a pinch
Method – In a saucepan, add milk, cinnamon and nutmeg and warm it up. Remove from the heat and pour the milk to a mug. Add in some honey and sip warm.
