Things you need-
- 2 cups water
- 6-7 ice cubes
- 3-4 teaspoons rose water
Directions-
In a wide bowl or bowl that is big enough to help you dunk your face, add water. Add in rose water and ice cubes. cleanse your face and dunk in this ice cube water for a few seconds. Do this 6-7 times and pat dry. Do this everyday in the morning.
Tip: For added benefits, you can also use flavored ice cubes like ice cubes made from green tea, black coffee, lemon water, rice water, hibiscus tea, aloe gel etc.
